Applications
Trans Max ATF DEX III is recommended for servicing or topping up all current General Motors passenger cars and light truck automatic transmissions that require DEX II or DEX III fluids, as well as all earlier models where DEX IIE, DEX II, Type A, or Ford Mercon oils are specified.
It is also suitable for use in U.S., European, and Japanese vehicle transmissions where DEX III is required, and in most cases where DEX II or Type A fluids are specified.
Additionally, Trans Max is recommended for use in manual transmissions, transaxles, and power steering systemsrequiring DEX or Mercon fluids. It may also be used as a wide-temperature-range anti-wear hydraulic fluid in many mobile, industrial, and marine applications.
