Applications
Gear Max SP is recommended for use in heavily loaded or shock-loaded bearings and gears, as well as sliding surfaces, sprockets, and flexible couplings operating with splash, circulation, or spray lubrication systems that require EP (extreme pressure) additives.
However, it should not be used in systems where bulk oil temperatures exceed 120°C.
